About the Event
Learning another language is empowerment in itself, as is learning to teach others.
Women’s Empowerment Sri Lanka members have teamed together to offer free weekly virtual beginners English classes for those women who would like to improve their basic written and spoken English.
None of volunteers who run the classes are teachers, but we are being supported by qualified English teachers to deliver these sessions. If you would like to improve your presentation skills or would just like to help deliver these classes, we warmly welcome you. Please email us - no experience necessary, and you will be hand held and guided until you feel confident.
Our learners waiting list is now closed for the year. Keep a look out for posters on our social media if you would like to enrol for next year.
